Eight Illusions of Survival Consciousness that Tone Down Multidimensional Leadership

I’m excited to share that over the next month or so, mixed in with our regular messages we are going to unpack something really different and exciting.

I was sitting recently and brainstorming with my 3D team, coming from a really dialed in space of ideation and inspiration. Before I knew it I had identified a list of eight core illusions that diminish Multidimensional Leadership, beliefs lingering from old paradigm mindset that keeps us trapped in separation consciousness, and hold us back from embracing our true power as Multidimensional Leaders.

It’s important to note that these illusions do not just impact us at the beginning of our Multidimensional journey, these can pop up anytime, and are often even more rampant among my clients – who are most often already hugely successful leaders (I’m talking already visible and impactful multiple six-figure coaches, leaders, and guides).

Survival consciousness illusions don’t discriminate—but today I’m going to share them with you, and then if you stay tuned over the next few weeks, we’ll unpack them each, one by one, so that you can identify, understand and complete them from your experience as much as possible.

The Eight Illusions of Survival Consciousness that
Tone Down Multidimensional Leadership.

The Funhouse Mirror Illusion:
“The distortion I see is my true reflection.”

The Superhero Illusion
“I can’t possibly wear my cape all the time.”

The Too Many Fish In The Sea Illusion
“I’m swimming in a sea of sameness with no way to stand out.”

The Vanishing Leader Illusion
“If I tap into my Multidimensionality I will disappear in the 3D world.”

The Time Crunch Illusion
“I don’t have enough time to create my opus work.”

The Good Enough Illusion
“I can’t stop doing what I’m so good at, even to explore my greatness.”

The No Pain, No Gain Illusion
“I have to have pain now to get the payoff later.”

The ‘Guru Wanted’ Illusion
“I’m not ready. I need more courses, books, etc to be a leader.”

Over the next several posts, we will:

  1. Identify and explain the Illusion.
  2. Help you understand how this Illusion may be showing up in your life and leadership
  3. Provide perspective and tools to help you begin to dismantle these illusions.

I’m so excited to take a deep dive with you to unpack this framework – and to provide you with a powerful shift in perspective to help you move these illusions into completion, stepping into your true Multidimensional powers.
